The Vice-Rector's Office responsible for quality offers an online communication channel, through the Suggestions, Complaints and Congratulations Box platform of the Rey Juan Carlos University, where users can express opinions, concerns, complaints or congratulations that they consider appropriate.
The purpose of this application is to give voice to those suggestions, complaints and congratulations that provide valuable information to identify areas of improvement in the institution's processes, services and policies, which can lead to improvements in quality. The suggestions, complaints and congratulations box is a sign of commitment to transparency and accountability.
The Teaching Quality Service is responsible for managing the incident process, ensuring the interested party is processed by the appropriate organizational unit, providing the interested party with a safe space to express concerns and contribute to the improvement of the institution. In addition, it provides support to the different processing units.
