GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING GRADUATION CEREMONIES
This document contains general information regarding the graduation ceremonies for the 2024/25 academic year. Any further details will be communicated through the official channels of the Faculty of Education, Sports Sciences, and Interdisciplinary Studies or its Student Delegation.
Please read all the information detailed here until the end of the release to ensure you have the full information.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the graduation ceremonies for Sign Language, CAFYD, Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, or their dual degrees, it is essential to meet the following requirements.
- Be enrolled in all subjects
- Not have more than 2 failed subjects (those of the 2nd semester of the last year, nor the TFG, nor the practicum do not count).
*Clarifications important:
- Modern language counts as one more subject.
- The student who cannot meet the established criteria, due to a justified socio-sanitary situation, would like to graduate this course, may request it by directing a request to the Dean of the Faculty, explaining his exceptional situation.
- The data will be compared by the secretariat and those who do not meet the conditions will not be able to graduate.
DATE AND PLACE
Without prejudice to possible changes due to space availability or adverse weather conditions, graduations will take place on the following dates and campuses:
GRADUATIONS
Primary education: May 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. – Raúl González Blanco Stadium, Fuenlabrada Campus (Camino del Molino 5, Fuenlabrada, Madrid).
Early Childhood Education: May 30, 2025 at 18:00 a.m. – Raúl González Blanco Stadium, Fuenlabrada Campus (Camino del Molino 5, Fuenlabrada, Madrid).
Spanish Sign Language and the Deaf Community: May 31, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. – Ricardo Pérez-Amat Auditorium, Fuenlabrada Campus (Camino del Molino 5, Fuenlabrada, Madrid).
Physical Activity and Sports Sciences: May 31, 2025 at 13:00 p.m. – Ricardo Pérez-Amat Auditorium, Fuenlabrada Campus (Camino del Molino 5, Fuenlabrada, Madrid).
INVITATIONS
For safety and capacity reasons, the following number of invitations per graduate is established for graduation ceremonies:
- Sign Language: 4 tickets + 1 ticket for the
- CAFYD: 3 tickets + 1 ticket for the
- Early Childhood Education: it does not require
- Primary education: it does not require
Early Childhood and Primary Education students will not require tickets when attending the event at the stadium. Companion admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.
*Double-degree students will participate in the graduation ceremony of their parent degree.
*Students majoring in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education will graduate with a Primary Education degree.
*Graduates who have large family status will be provided with the necessary extra tickets to cover the number of members in their family (applies only to first-degree relatives).
ENROLLMENT
To register for the graduation ceremonies, you must fill the form corresponding before May 16, 2025 at 23:59 p.m.Failure to register within the specified period will result in the person's withdrawal from the graduation ceremony and will not be able to attend, as they will not be called.
If you have any special circumstances, you can report them in the corresponding section of the form.
The FCEDEI and the Student Delegation are not responsible for any special needs that have not been communicated on the form.

CEREMONY
The ceremony is a formal event and, as such, requires an appropriate dress code.
At the graduation ceremony, each participant will receive a scholarship in the color of their program as a gift from the Faculty. The scholarship may be awarded to students who cannot attend the ceremony for justified reasons; to collect it, they must contact the Faculty Dean's Office.
GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR THE UNIVERSITY MASTER'S DEGREE IN TEACHER TRAINING
Celebration date: 31 May 2025.
Graduation ceremony start time: 17 hours.
Venue: Raúl González Blanco Stadium, Fuenlabrada Campus (Camino del Molino 5, Fuenlabrada, Madrid).
Teacher sponsor of the promotion: Professor Arcadio Sotto Díaz.
Student representative of the class: Jesús González Pérez Salazar.
Graduation requirement
Be enrolled in all master's subjects in the 2024-25 academic year, including the Master's thesis.
Complete this form
Master's students who, fulfilling the previously mentioned requirement, wish to graduate at this event, They must complete the following form before Tuesday, May 20, 2025: link to the form.
To complete the form, students must log in using their university email address and password.
The form can be saved and edited after submission, in case any data needs to be changed before May 20.
Access hours to the venue
Master's students graduating at the event must be at the stadium entrance gates 1 hour and 15 minutes before (15:45 p.m.) in order to record attendance and seat placement.
The relatives of the students will be able to access the venue 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Each student may attend the event with the number of family members they deem appropriate, without needing to notify the organization.Family members will be accommodated in the stadium's grandstand, which has a maximum capacity of 3.000.
If a family member has mobility difficulties, visual or hearing difficulties, please indicate this on the form so that they can be placed in a preferential and easily accessible location.
OTHERS
The information contained in this document is subject to possible last-minute modifications, which will, in any case, be duly communicated through the official dissemination channels of the Faculty or its representatives.
Any recreational or festive activities that may be organized after the graduation ceremony will be the sole responsibility of the participating students. The Faculty will not assume any organizational or other responsibility for such activities.
