ORDER 920/2020 of July 28, of the Ministry of Health, which modifies Order 668/2020, of June 19, includes in its eightieth section the “Measures and conditions for the restart of face-to-face teaching activities in health centers, health establishments, biomedical research foundations and health research institutes of the Community of Madrid.”

As established in said section, the start of clinical practices and teaching activities for undergraduate students in Health Sciences or other degrees and training cycles, may be restarted as of September 1, 2020 if the epidemiological situation in the centers allows it, in line with the recovery of the usual care activity and according to the teaching capacity of the center.

According to the current health situation, the General Directorate of Research, Teaching and Documentation of the Ministry of Health of the CAM, after consultation with the General Directorate of Public Healthhas made the decision to delay the start of face-to-face practices in the health centers of the Community of Madrid.

In any case, Continuous monitoring of the epidemiological and healthcare situation is maintained, and work is being done to define coordinated actions so that the start of the practices can be carried out safely in the coming weeks and in any case as soon as possible.
