Recommendations for face-to-face exams at the URJC and the Faculty of Health Sciences

The Faculty of Health Sciences prepares a document of recommendations for the January exams 

The January examination session begins tomorrow and ends on January 24. Check the FCS recommendations to ensure safety and mobility during face-to-face tests here

The document summarizes the following process:

  • In the case of a positive for COVID by a student: notify the Madrid Health System (900 102 112).
  • Whether or not you have received a response from the Madrid Health System, you must communicate your positive to the email  and complete the COVID Form.
  • The student will receive  a Responsible Declaration document, to fill in verifying your positive and return it signed.  
  • Once the COVID Monitoring Unit of the university has confirmed the positive with the documentation provided by the student, the Coordinator of the corresponding Degree will be notified for the adaptation of the exam.
  • This adaptation will consist of the programming, by the teacher responsible for the subject, of a new exam date, which will be held before the closing date of the minutes.
  • The exam will continue to be face-to-face.
