Daniel Jiménez Díez, Predoctoral Researcher in the Stomatology Area, receives the COEM 2023 Research Scholarship

The project presented “New Anticariogenic Dental Adhesives Based on Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles with Arginine (Arg@MSN)” has been developed within the High Performance Research Group, Development and Innovation in Dental Biomaterials (IDIBO) of our Faculty.

Daniel Jiménez Díez received, on October 5, during the inauguration session of the new Governing Board of the Illustrious Official College of Dentists and Stomatologists of the I Region (COEM), the COEM 2023 Research Grant, as principal investigator of the project titled “New Anticariogenic Dental Adhesives Based on Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles with Arginine (Arg@MSN)”. The research plan presented has been developed within the High Performance Research Group, Development and Innovation in Dental Biomaterials (IDIBO). The scholarship, with a financial award of 10.000 euros, aims to cover, partially or totally, the expenses of a research project, presented by a new researcher, which constitutes part of the work leading to obtaining the Doctorate degree.
