Teacher evaluation surveys
For several years now, these surveys have been uploaded and made available on the Student Services Portal before the transcripts are opened, so that students can complete them at their leisure, rather than in the rush they normally have when accessing the transcripts to check their grades. In addition, they are informed of this by means of an email sent by the Vice-Chancellor responsible for Quality. Normally, we simultaneously inform teachers of this and ask them to encourage their students to complete them in this way.
This year, we have also launched a dissemination campaign on the University's social networks. In this regard, we ask you to collaborate by also disseminating this information on the different channels of your centres and degrees.
We suggest the following text and the attached image (but you can adapt it if you consider it appropriate):
EVALUATE YOUR TEACHERS, YOUR OPINION IS IMPORTANT
Because we care about your opinion, we encourage you to calmly (and responsibly and committedly) fill out the teacher evaluation surveys of the teaching staff of the subjects of the first semester. You already have them available in “Service Portal/Academic Data/Pending SurveysThe results are analysed in the departments and in the quality assurance committees of the degrees. Thanks to them, aspects that need to be reviewed are detected and are an important part of the continuous improvement that we pursue in all our degrees.
