Graduated from the URJC receives the first prize for the best oral communication in the I Meeting of students of the Degree in CyTA of the Community of Madrid

The meeting, organized in collaboration with the UCM and the UAM, it also awarded the prize for the best poster to another student who graduated from our university.

Last Friday, November 17, on the occasion of the National Food Safety Day (DNSA) was held V CyTA Conference with Food Safety at the URJC, organized by the Research Group in Analytical Chemistry Applied to the Environment, Food and Drugs (GQAA-MAF) of the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC). In this V edition of the conference, expert speakers on the subject from the National Food Center (CNA) belonging to the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN), from AENOR, from the Institute of Agrochemistry and Technology of Food (IATA) and the Institute of Science and Technology of Food and Nutrition (ICTAN), institutes belonging to the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC).

During the afternoon session, the I Meeting of students of the Degree in Food Science and Technology of the Community of Madrid, which was organized in collaboration with the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), universities in which the degree in CyTA is also taught. During this session, students from the three Madrid universities participated, presenting their work in poster format or oral communication. This day closed with the award ceremony for the best oral communication, which was awarded to Ms. Begoña Fernandez, a graduate student of the URJC, and the prize for the best poster, which was awarded to Ms. Aitana Delgado, a graduate student of this university. .
