The program Youth4Regions is aimed at journalism students and young journalists, offering them the opportunity to receive training in journalism and EU regional policy from renowned mentors and journalists for a week in Brussels. Accommodation and travel expenses will be covered by the European Commission.

Participation Guidelines:

• Interest in EU regional policy in your region.

• Have a background in journalism (education or experience).

• Ages between 18 to 30 years.

• Be a citizen of the EU or a neighboring country.

• Have availability from October 6 to 11 —date on which the training would take place—.

• Submit a short article (400-1000 words), or a short video (2 - 3 minutes) about a project that has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund or Cohesion Fund.

• Both the video and the article must be original and not have been published before.
