La  Madrid Press Association (APM) presents the XX edition of the First Job Program. An initiative that grants a one and a half year employment contract for recent graduates in Journalism or Journalism and Audiovisual Communication.

The graduates of the last course in the previous degreesThey will have to be under 30 years of age to be able to request the application before October 16. Once registered, a jury will evaluate the candidates' files. Those who are shortlisted will have to take a written current affairs test and, after passing the test, they will have to go through a personal interview. Finally, the young journalists who are chosen will be able to join at the beginning of 2020.

The First Job Program (PPE) has facilitated the ememployability to more than 270 graduates since 2010. In the last call, 8 places were awarded in different media: ABC and El Mundo newspapers; the radio stations Cadena SER, Onda Cero and COPE; the television networks Antena 3 TV and La Sexta, and Agencia EFE.
