The International Conference on Journalism and Global Communication "Emerging Journalisms: Transformation and Revitalization of Journalism in the Digital Age", will take place at the Faculty of Information Sciences of the Complutense University of Madrid on May 7 and 8, 2020.

It is especially aimed at research professors, doctoral students and master's students.

The following will be invited speakers: Silvio Waisbord (George Washington University), David Domingo (Free University of Bruxelles) and Emilio Garcia-Ruiz (The Washington Post, managing editor).

The themes of the proposals must revolve around:

• Routines, genres and journalistic professionalism

• Business models and strategic innovations

• Sociocultural and political roles

The summaries, with the communications proposals, must be sent until November 15 through the form available in the Congress website. You can sign up through the following link:

• Communication to the authors of the acceptance or not of the proposals: 15/12/2019
