The students of the 1st Audiovisual Technologies subject of the Digital Communication Degree at the URJC organize, under the name @Ethical7hreads, an event to promote awareness about the importance of the circular economy and environmental sustainability under the framework of the Project of Innovation and Improvement of Teaching “Digital Communication for the promotion of the circular economy through citizen participation”.
The #EthicalSwap Free Clothing Market is an event aimed at all URJC students, with the aim of promoting reuse and reducing environmental impact through the circular economy. Participants will be able to give a second life to their clothing items that they no longer use, while acquiring unique and sustainable pieces from other colleagues completely free of charge.
Ethical7hreads develops an awareness campaign on sustainable fashion, focusing on the "7Rs" of the circular economy: Redesign, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Renew, Recover and Recycle. To do this, they start from the fact that clothing is a fundamental part of our lives and, with small gestures, we can make a difference in the fight against textile waste and environmental pollution.
