The Madrid Science and Innovation Week is organized by the General Directorate of Technological Research and Innovation of the Ministry of Science, Universities and Innovation, through the madri+d Foundation for Knowledge. The URJC has participated in this event since its inception, carrying out activities on all campuses, covering the different areas of knowledge. In this event, the URJC puts into operation and in collaboration a large number of Teaching and Research Staff (PDI), as well as Administration and Services (PAS).
This edition will highlight the research and multidisciplinary studies related to the pandemic of the COVID-19.
In addition, the support of the Community of Madrid for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. In this sense, this edition will commemorate the International Year of Plant Health (FAO), which aims to raise awareness of how plant protection can help safeguard the environment, boost economic development and facilitate trade, among other aspects.
