The Dean among the experts in the bankruptcy field who have analyzed the reform of the consolidated text of the Bankruptcy Law in the ICAM

During two days, held on January 17 and 18, nearly a hundred experts, among whom was the Dean of the FCJP, Professor María Enciso Alonso-Muñumer, met at the ICAM in the debate sessions of the VII National Congress of Bankruptcy and Corporate Law promoted by the ICAM Study Center.

Under the direction of the Commercial Magistrate No. 6 of Madrid, Francisco Javier Vaquer Martínand the bankruptcy administrator Amalia Fernández Doyagüe, the Madrid Bankruptcy and Corporate Congress has served to analyze the pressing doubts raised by the application of the recent insolvency and corporate reform in daily practice.

The Deputy of the ICAM Governing Board, José Ramón Couso, was in charge of opening the Congress, together with its directors, recalling the “enormous interest and timeliness” of the topics addressed. Issues such as public credit and ICO guarantees, early warning mechanisms and the economic, financial and corporate aspects of business restructuring, the new insolvency mechanisms for microenterprises and the procedural and liquidation problems they present; or the problem of the bankruptcy without mass and the exoneration of liabilities have been addressed in a complete program of round tables and keynote conferences.

For her part, Professor Enciso Alonso-Muñumer shared a table with three exceptional speakers, José María Puelles Valencia, Carmen González Suárez and Amparo López Senovilla.
