Next April 23 at 11.30:XNUMX will take place in the Hall of Degrees of the FJCP of the URJC, with the Presidency of the Dean of the FJCP María Enciso Alonso-Muñumer and the direction of Professor Luis Cazorla González-Serrano, the Conference “CHALLENGES AND FUTURE PROSPECTS OF PROFESSIONAL SPORTS IN EUROPE FOLLOWING THE RECENT JURISPRUDENCE OF THE CJEU (SUPERLEAGUE MATTER AND OTHERS).

The Conference will address, from a very practical perspective by prominent professors and recognized professionals in sports law, the extremely topical problem related to the legal situation of the SUPERLIGA, following the pronouncements of the CJEU of December 2023 and, in general, of the community model of sport.
