The FCCOM Advertising Agency works together with the equality unit of the URJC through various campaigns and collaborations in the graphic and visual field to show the importance of women in the professional world.

The main objective of these campaigns is to give the recognition and relevance that should be given to the influence that women have in different spheres. In addition to granting visibility to the work carried out by them and the contributions they made to the world so that women could fight for equality. For this reason, a series of illustrations have been designed in which women of great importance and renown for many students are shown and who deserve to have that recognition.

For the moment, the illustrations with two protagonists have already been designed: Josefina Carabias was one of the first Spanish journalists whose work she developed during the second republic and the Franco regime and who was considered one of the first Spanish journalists. For her part, Wangari Maathai was a great politician and the first African woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize in 2004 for her "contribution to sustainable development, democracy and peace."

The design and illustrations are developed mainly by Carlota Artero and Davinia Franco, two collaborators of the FCCOM Classroom Advertising Agency. However, all the collaborators of this entity are also involved in this project.
