Do it for you! The confinement to which the health emergency of coronavirus infection has forced us causes a lack of daily activity and lack of exercise, boredom, anxiety and accessible food. It is necessary, in this situation for our health, to undertake a structured plan for ordering meals, healthy menus, and physical exercise for at least 1 hour a day.
The Spanish Obesity Society (SEEDO) recommends:
- Plan your menus
- Eat a balanced diet
- Have fruit for dessert
- Eat whole grains for lunch
- Consume skimmed or semi-skimmed dairy products without added sugars
- Preferably consume fish or white meat as "second dishes"
- Consume legumes as a main course at least 3 times a week
- Use healthy cooking methods
- Avoid pecking
- Do at least one hour of physical activity
