URJC Student Associations meet for the first time in training sessions

The Vice President for University Extension of the URJC organizes on Tuesday, November 23, these I Training Sessions for Student Associations. The objective is to create a joint framework so that the members of these entities can exchange concerns and join efforts.

The Assembly Hall of the Rectorate Building, on the Móstoles campus, will be the scene of this meeting, which will last in two morning and afternoon sessions from 10,30:17,45 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., with an intermediate stop for lunch that will also It will serve to establish new contacts between all entities.

During the Conference, four workshops are planned related to the implementation of joint projects, the optimization of social networks to achieve greater impact, the most effective ways to obtain financing and, finally, a workshop to learn how to prepare an annual report of activities, an essential document in the operation of any type of association.

In two moments of the programming, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, the Associations Guide and Call for Grants will be presented so that the representatives of the different entities have first-hand information about the social fabric of the University . Likewise, two round tables will be held in which different representatives of the student associations will participate in each of them.

To participate in these Conferences, registration is required through this link before November 15 at 15:XNUMX p.m. Participants may attend all day or in one shift (morning or afternoon) depending on their availability, as long as there is a representative of the association to which they belong. Registration is required in order to subsequently receive proof of attendance.
