The URJC hosts one more year the International Congress of Innovation, Education and Knowledge Transfer (CIINECO)

Posted by Redaction

On April 22, 23 and 24, the third edition of the International Congress on Innovation, Education and Knowledge Transfer (CIINECO) will be held. This event organized by the High Performance Research Group in Innovation, Education and Communication (INECO) and the consolidated Teaching Innovation Group NODOS, both from the URJC.

The meeting will be held in a hybrid manner to facilitate the participation of the entire educational community. The presentations will be online, while the workshops will be held in person. The workshops will take place at the Quintana headquarters (April 22 in the afternoon) and at the Fuenlabrada campus (April 23 and 24) of the URJC. Access to these in-person sessions is free until capacity is reached. The full program is available here: https://ciineco.org/

CIINECO is configured as a meeting point between researchers and teachers from all areas of knowledge. The aim is, in this way, to promote research in the educational field, paying special attention to innovation as a differential factor for student motivation. For this reason, Congress has 22 symposia that cover different areas of knowledge and disciplines in which you can participate.

People interested in participating as speakers at CIINECO can submit their proposals until April 08. The accepted communications, after passing the double-blind peer review system, may be published as a book chapter in a monograph published by the Dykinson or Egregius publishing houses. All information regarding participation as a speaker can be consulted here: https://ciineco.org/ponente/-

The previous editions of CIINECO were a complete success. In its second edition (2023) this proposal achieved significant participation from the educational community as can be seen in the following figures: 974 signatories of 31 different nationalities, 792 presentations defended in more than 20 symposiums of different disciplines, 11 online plenaries and 8 workshops of face-to-face teaching innovation.
