Juan Rivera, elected president of the student council

Juan Rivera Crespo, a third-year student of the Journalism degree at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, was elected today as the new president of the URJC Student Council. Juan Rivera is an active member of the student community. Jorge Sainz González, professor of Applied Economics at the URJC, new Secretary General of Universities

The Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of Jorge Sainz González, Professor of Applied Economics, as the new Secretary General of Universities of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. Sainz González, who until now was General Director of University Policy, thus replaces Juan María Vázquez. Sainz González has a degree in Economic Sciences from the UCM and in Law from the UNED.
