Do you know what the diagnosis of ADHD is? Do you describe yourself as a person with a lot of energy "always on the go"? Do you tend to be forgetful, absent-minded or especially disorganized? Do you think this is influencing your studies? It is estimated that around 3% of the adult population could be diagnosed with adult-ADHD. At the URJC University Clinic they have neuropsychological professionals who can detect and diagnose ADHD, also in the adult population. In addition, they can guide you and give you guidelines, if you finally have this diagnosis.
