How are our grades?

URJC modules

The Rey Juan Carlos University, when adapting its study plans to the European Space, understood that Higher Education must offer training with four fundamental aspects: comprehensive, international, professional and humanistic. These aspects are especially present in the URJC degrees, in the common modules designed to reinforce and complete the training of our students, offer a differentiating aspect and add value to our studies.

The URJC degrees include credits for students to acquire a humanistic education, knowledge of social responsibility and professional ethics, use of new technologies and languages, and the possibility of internships in companies. The URJC works from various fields to foster an entrepreneurial culture in our students and life on campus offers them the opportunity to participate in sports, academic and cultural activities that foster their critical spirit and comprehensive training.

The Rey Juan Carlos University is aware of the importance of the practical training of its students, both for the performance of their future profession and for their personal and academic development. For this reason, the URJC incorporates the external internship module into the training itineraries of its degrees.

Around 6.000 companies and public and private entities already collaborate with us.

In accordance with current Spanish regulations, our degrees include within their training itinerary (consult the information for each Degree) a 6-credit subject called "Academic Recognition of Credits" (RAC). The subject is aimed at carrying out different activities during your stay at the University: academic, cultural, student representation, sports or volunteering and cooperation. By participating, you will be able to complete your training and get recognition (“validation”) of the credits assigned to each activity until you complete all six.

The Rey Juan Carlos University, aware of the importance of language training in today's world, incorporates the subject 'Modern Language' in its undergraduate degrees, offering students the opportunity to advance and accredit their knowledge of English, French, German or Italian. The objective is to provide students of the new bachelor's degrees with the necessary preparation to pass an official exam: TOEIC for English, TFI for French, CILS for Italian and Zertifikat Deutsch for German.

Knowledge of languages facilitates access to new and better opportunities. The URJC Language Center not only prepares students to pass the Modern Language subject, but also offers the University Community the opportunity to master English, French, Spanish and other languages.
