Basic Information
Introduction
The brand that surrounds a product or business is very important to generate value for the consumer. So much so, that we live surrounded by established brands that we trust completely when buying simply because of their logo or the name they have, always associated with a good quality of service or product.
We often find high-value products that fall by the wayside due to a poor marketing strategy.
The gastronomic producer, if he wants to be successful, must know the formula for creating and promoting a brand for his products and, for this reason, this course is completely necessary for producers and entrepreneurs, because without the appropriate knowledge, all efforts are risk of being left on empty land.
Creating a good brand is the first step to achieving a profitable business, so it is considered necessary that the contents are specialized in the gastronomic sector.
Training is also required to make visible the difference between selling products and selling experiences. Gastronomy sells an experience that does not start at the moment of consuming it, but much earlier. And that experience lasts much longer than any other. It is necessary that there is training in gastronomy in the market that gives advertising the importance it has. Taught, in addition, by specialists in gastronomic marketing.
