Description of the Service/Trials offered
Service portfolio:
Assessment and report of the degree of functional limitation after an injury, illness or process. With this, it is possible to determine the person's level of disability in different areas (school, home, work, leisure...), as well as document the evolution of the treatments.
This evaluation may include one or more of the assessments described below:
- Evaluation and reporting of cognitive impairment that affects personal autonomy.
- Evaluation and report of the functionality of the upper limb (analysis of motor, sensorimotor and sensory function).
- Assessment of upper limb joint ranges
- Grip strength assessment
- Gripper strength assessment
- Assessment of gross motor coordination of the upper limb
- Assessment of fine motor coordination of the hand
- Assessment of sensitivity of the upper limb: superficial and deep touch, two-point discrimination, pain, temperature
- Assessment of tactile perception
- Evaluation and report of upper limb dexterity, manipulative abilities and performance in activities of daily living.
- Assessment and reporting on independence in activities of daily living.
- Design and prescription of support products for independence in activities of daily living.
- Assessment and reporting on fatigue and perceived exertion.
- Study of body composition: weight, BMI, fat percentage, muscle mass, etc.
- Evaluation and report on the adaptation of the home environment (elimination of architectural barriers and recommendation of support products).
- Evaluation and report on the adaptation of the job position.
- Evaluation and report of the adaptation of the school environment and classroom.
- Evaluation of occupational performance.
