Francisco Gómez Esquer, professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences, has received the first prize for the "Most tweeter Congressman" of the XVIII Congress of the Spanish Pain Society (SED), held in Valencia.

The jury has valued the number of original tweets and their scientific quality, since the objective of the contest was to promote the dissemination of scientific content around the conference program. These types of awards are gaining popularity in recent years as part of the activity of scientific congresses.

The professor of the area of ​​Human Anatomy and Embryology and of the Master's Degree in Clinical and Basic Aspects of Pain is the creator of the profile "Passion for Anatomy" on social networks, where he has more than 130.000 followers.

At the SED congress, Francisco Gómez Esquer also gave a workshop on "Pain and Social Networks", focusing on ethical aspects and good practices in the use of social networks for health professionals.
