On August 29, The Washington Academy of Political Arts & Sciences recognized Kenia R. Del Orbe Ayala, PhD in Politics, Communication and Culture, as one of the 7 most influential women in political communication at an international level, within the 2023 Napolitan Victory Awards, known as the 'Oscars of Political Communication'.

The teacher received the 'Oscar for Political Communication' for the second time, since in the year 2019 She has already received the aforementioned award in the category of 'Influential Woman of the Year'.

The Napolitan Victory Awards recognize excellence in various categories, including political campaigns, innovative projects, and outstanding leaders in the political arena. Participation in these awards represents an important distinction and a validation of the impact and relevance of the work carried out.

Throughout its history, the Napolitan Victory Awards have attracted the attention of leaders such as Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Nayib Bukele, Alberto Fernández, Luis Abinader, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, and Pedro Sánchez.
