New edition of the Arbitration and Mediation course

Professor José Fernando Merino Merchán, from the Rey Juan Carlos University and Mr. Antonio Hierro, International Arbitrator, participated in the opening day of the XI edition of the Arbitration and Mediation Course. Also present were Mr. Juan Serrada, President of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA) and Mr. Francisco Ruiz, Secretary General of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA).
The objective of this course is to train specialists in arbitration and mediation, with a teaching team of the highest academic level, as well as outstanding professionals in both national and international arbitration, to guarantee that the participants reach an optimal level of training that enable them professionally in this matter.
