'UNITOUR', the fair to advise high school graduates, opens its doors

The Rey Juan Carlos University and another 40 study centers and universities in Madrid will advise high school students on January 16 regarding their university future. They will do it in the XII edition of the University Orientation Hall 'UNITOUR'. An event organized by the Círculo de Formación consultancy that covers twenty Spanish cities, five Italian cities, two Portuguese cities and Andorra.

For twelve years, more than 40 public and private universities and other study centers in Madrid have participated in the 'UNITOUR' University Orientation Hall. The fair aims to guide high school students, help them choose a degree and resolve in a personalized way doubts about degrees, postgraduate degrees and master's degrees.

UNITOUR 1After passing through fifteen Spanish provinces, next Tuesday, January 16, he will settle in the hotel Novotel Madrid Center from O'Donnell Street from 9:30 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. and from 15:30 p.m. to 19:30 p.m. A good number of schools and institutes have already requested an appointment to attend under the tutelage of their teachers. But, once the school hours are over, the visit to the room will be open to anyone who wishes to be informed freely and free of charge.

The Director of the URJC Pre-University Orientation Program, Julio Ramiro, says that "the fair is excellently organized and, unlike others, students attend it with great interest." Representatives of all the faculties of the Rey Juan Carlos University will be present at the information table itself.

Since the beginning of this celebration, the University has participated in all the editions and, therefore, those who coordinate it know that “the most requested information is about degrees”. Among other aspects, they also advise them on study plans, registration fees and prices, scholarships or accommodation in university residences.

Ramiro assures that "the demand from the URJC is tremendous, huge queues form next to our table". “Experience tells us that our bond with the students is outstanding,” he adds.

Within its international route, 'UNITOUR' covers Milan, Turin, Parma, Florence, Genoa, Porto, Lisbon and Andorra. And continuing with the tour of Spain, they will soon publish the dates and times to visit the cities of Zaragoza, Castellón, Valencia, Málaga, Córdoba, León, Valladolid and Burgos.
