The initiative is part of the Labor Insertion Program promoted by the Graduate Office of the Rey Juan Carlos University. Thanks to these meetings, Alumni They will have the opportunity to learn first-hand about the employment programs and selection processes that companies have open at the moment.

Next Tuesday, January 23, the first of these four personalized meetings between companies and students will take place. From 17:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m., the company Acciona will open the set of sessions at the Madrid-Manuel Becerra headquarters. During the day, the person in charge of Projects and Selection of this company, María Conde, will present the entity, will tell how they carry out the selection and will explain what are the offers that they can take advantage of. This session is aimed at degrees in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law and other degrees related to this area.

According to the person in charge of internships and employment at the URJC, María Paz Matesanz, it is about “accompanying recent graduates in their process of labor insertion and professional development”. And she adds that "it is addressed to all those who have registered in the University's employment exchange, attending to the qualifications demanded by each participating company".

In a relaxed atmosphere, the human resources managers and technicians of the entities will carry out with the attendees networking, that is, they will create a network of contacts. Thus, the graduates will broaden their job prospects and increase their chances of finding a job according to their motivations.

Pre-registration is required to attend each meeting. Those who wish to attend the first session with the company Acciona must formalize the participation through the link enabled.
