The students of the Master of Protocol carry out a day dedicated to the restoration

The Master's Degree in Protocol, Communication and Organization of Events, which takes place at the URJC headquarters in Madrid, located on Calle Quintana, was created with the aim of covering an area of ​​knowledge and providing technical and specialized training in the field. of the protocol and the organization of events to all its students.

The purpose of this postgraduate degree is to train professionals in protocol, public relations and institutional communication, with comprehensive knowledge and preparation that facilitates their access to the world of work, without forgetting their training in the field of research that allows the student interested, develop a teaching and research career in this field.

The students valued both conferences very positively during the day, since for them it means putting the topics covered in the master they are studying in a real context. In addition, both companies have shown their interest in signing an agreement with the URJC to welcome interns and interns in the future.

On the one hand, the Maestre sisters, directors of Isabel Maestre Catering, presented the family business established in 1977 under the slogan 'Cooking for crowds' as they are specialized in large and massive events, where their cuisine is a benchmark of haute cuisine.

For his part, Curro Sánchez, belonging to the Barbillón group, presented the two lines of business: restaurants and catering and explained, in a relaxed manner, the difficulties that businesses in the restaurant sector have to face.
