Since this situation of suspension of face-to-face classes began first and a state of alarm later, the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences knew that it had a lot of work ahead of it, but without a doubt one of the priorities due to the closeness of the date was that of give the 479 students who had delivered their TFG in the March call the opportunity to defend their work on equal terms with the rest of their classmates. Thus began a task against the current to enable an extraordinary procedure that would allow the set objective to be achieved. A guide was written with the mode in a simple way, and two annexes for teachers and students in order to facilitate the work as much as possible. Finally, a document was prepared with frequently asked questions that allowed closing this entire complex and innovative defense system.

This procedure has allowed all the students who requested it, belonging to 23 different grades, to defend their work remotely, through the Teams application provided by the University. The courts, as in face-to-face calls, have been made up of three professors from the Faculty who have joined a work session to which the students were invited to be able to interact simultaneously, guaranteeing the character of a public session at all times. The 150 teachers, who have been part of the 55 courts held, have collaborated from the beginning and have been involved in this process, with great will on their part so that everything was a success. To help this work, both teachers and students, members of the dean's team have acted in all acts of defense to proceed with the recording and support in case of need. Except for some delay due to the saturation of the networks, there has been no setback and now we can say that the objective has been achieved and we can congratulate ourselves for it.

The general feeling of the students has been one of gratitude for the facilities in the defense of their work and for the opportunity to graduate when they had planned. 

Of course, this was a great challenge, but with work and effort we can guarantee that the message that the University does not stop has been fulfilled, it only works in another way. 

Congratulations to the graduates, you can now go out to celebrate at eight o'clock and shout it to your neighbors to celebrate with them and later with friends! Thanks to the teachers who have participated in the courts, without your help it would not have been possible to achieve it!
