The Rey Juan Carlos University celebrates the 'III Webinar: Balance of summer 2021 and future forecasts in a post-Covid environment from the point of view of Revenue Management'. The virtual meeting is promoted by the Academic Programs of 'Revenue Management' of the URJC and will take place this Thursday, September 16, from 17:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m. through the Microsoft Teams platform.
The seminar will try to analyze and take stock of the summer campaign of the different hotel companies that have been affected by the pandemic and how they have developed their 'Revenue Management' strategies, the price management process in relation to demand and the available stock of services to maximize your profit.
In addition, the virtual meeting will also try to offer future forecasts in a post-pandemic context in order to learn about the future challenges of this marketing specialty. The deputy vice-rector for Innovation, Transfer and Relations with Companies of the URJC, Lydia González, assures that “although it is a 'webinar' aimed at a very specialized audience, it is open to all those students interested in the subject”.
The virtual meeting will feature the presence and testimonies of professionals and experts in the field from the hotel sector: Fernando Vives, from NH Hotel Group; Angel Sotoca, from Accenture; Patricia Diana Jens, from IDeas; Neville Isaac of Beonprice; Gloria Lopez, from Braintrust; Cristina Blak, from Duetto and Juan Manuel Merino, from Paradores.
Interactivity with the participants
The organization intends the webinar to be interactive. For this, a a survey with the aim that attendees can participate and point out the specific sector to which they belong. The answers will be analyzed in the online session with all the speakers.
