The formula for the success of a book is still unknown. Only a privileged few are able to find those components that make a work appear in the Best Sellers of any store. Only 1,8% of the books manage to launch a second edition, and only 0,5% announce a third edition.
The former student of the URJC, Ana Iris Simón, returns to the university with her first book under her arm and it seems that she has managed to touch that key to success. “Feria” came to light a year ago, and right now it is in its eighth edition thanks to current themes that leave no one indifferent. Motherhood, family, the concept of homeland, popular culture, feminism... are some of the concepts that appear in her work.
The conference, organized by the Degree in Spanish Language and Literature, will be attended by Professor José Bernardo San Juan, who will accompany the guest speaker at the conference. As indicated by the organization "this activity is free and is open to all members of the university, both students and workers", so that any member of the University Community can enjoy the III Conference of the Degree in Spanish Language and Literature .
