A workshop to take advantage of the difficulties of the road

The Móstoles Business Incubator organizes a new free session that will revolve around resilience in the entrepreneurial environment.

Alberto Gomez Rodriguez

The RAE defines Resilience as the ability of a person to adapt to a disturbing agent or adverse situation. In the world of work, it applies to any worker in the company and their ability to react and adapt to problems that may arise in their organization. Some of these skills are: responding with determination, knowing other opinions and staying motivated and with a positive attitude.

With the aim of developing these skills to the maximum, the Móstoles Business Incubator organizes an online event entitled "Resilience: Manage changes to control your life". Any small change or adversity, such as the pandemic, can be used as an opportunity to improve our work environment.

In the workshop, the experts will develop different change and resilience management techniques. “We will work with a permanent positive attitude and the correct visions to be able to ensure that these changes that affect us help us to improve, instead of harming us”

There will be five points on which this practical workshop will revolve: emotional well-being, a permanently positive attitude, Kintsugi, Covey's 90/10 principle and how to get out of your comfort zone when necessary. What will help attendees to enhance this basic aspect for times of crisis.

"Resilience: Manage changes to control your life" will be a free online workshop that will take place next Thursday, October 28. Without the need for prior registration, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. attendees will meet through this link on the Zoom platform.
