The procedure and the calendar for the elections to group delegates have already been approved. The great novelty of this course is that both the presentation of the candidacies and the vote will be carried out electronically through the platform enabled for it. 

After verifying that the data included in the census is correct, the candidates are proposed. The requirement that must be met in order to apply as a candidate is to be enrolled in a minimum of 48 credits, in the case of a single degree, or 55 in the case of double degrees.

The dates on which candidacies can be submitted are between November 29 and December 1, immediately proceeding on the 2nd to publish the provisional lists of accepted or rejected candidacies. In the latter case, claims may be submitted between December 3 and 9. Publishing the final lists of candidates on December 10.

Another key date to mark on the calendar is December 13 or 14, which is when the deadline will open to present the agreements reached by the students without the need to go to a vote. The agreements are available on the platform and will determine who will be the Delegate and Subdelegate in case of prior agreement.

The voting date will be December 15, and the provisional results will be published the following day.
