The Móstoles Business Incubator organizes “Partners Agreement”

On March 17, a free online session will take place, in which the issue of how to manage the relationship with our partners will be addressed.

Alberto Gómez

Trust between the shareholders of a company is fundamental when it comes to the business running well. Even after successfully validating a product or service, many businesses close due to internal conflicts. When you have partners, you have to develop communication and be prepared for disagreements with them, because sooner or later they will come.

To respond to this problem, the Móstoles Business Incubator has organized a seminar in which students, entrepreneurs, businessmen and startups will be able to learn how to draw up a Partners Agreement. From the organization they affirm that "it will be shown how to properly manage the relationship with our partners, a matter of vital importance".

"We will base ourselves on the methodology of the common agreement, in order to establish clear rules that help us manage the relationship with our partners, in order to try to avoid future conflicts that may arise, thus ensuring the future of our business", they tell us from the Móstoles Business Incubator. For this, the event will feature Jorge Miralles, CEO at Acordemos Secretary of the Mediation Institute of the Madrid Association of Mediators, who has more than 25 years of experience as a member of Boards of Directors.

The online conference will take place through the Google Meet platform on March 17. From 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and without prior registration, those interested can access the workshop through the following link.
