The URJC has been chosen as one of the five Spanish universities to participate in this project. The selected student will have the opportunity to find out about job opportunities in European institutions.

The Rey Juan Carlos University has been chosen as one of the five Spanish universities that will participate in the project “EU Career Student Ambassadors”. This call, coordinated by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), is developed with the aim of "promoting professional career opportunities in European institutions at your university", as well as creating a direct contact network for students from different countries and higher education centers of the European Union.

Those students interested in participating in this project will have until April 5 to submit their application through the electronic headquarters of the URJC. In the case of the Rey Juan Carlos University, only one place is offered. Applications will be evaluated internally, and EPSO will be notified directly once the final application has been chosen.

“EU Career Student Ambassadors” will take place between October 2022 and September 2023. During this period, the selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in the different projects carried out by the European Union, as well as acquire a series of interpersonal skills, such as be organizational skills and teamwork. They will also learn to manage social networks and create the online presence of the different professional careers in the EU. On the other hand, they will also gain access to remote training programs offered by EPSO.

Along with the URJC, the universities of Córdoba, La Coruña, Rovira i Virgili of Tarragona and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria also participate. All the information about the call is already published in Bulletin board.
