Diversity in companies is a philosophy that invades more companies every day. In some countries, there are laws that protect and defend the plurality of profiles within the same organization. Agility in decision-making, innovation, attracting talent... are some of the advantages that this type of management brings with it.
The Móstoles Business Incubator is aware of this new trend, and has organized a webinar for all those interested. On Thursday, May 19, through the ZOOM Platform, "What is it and why do I need a diverse team in my company" will take place, a free activity that does not require prior registration to participate.
“When it comes to work teams, those that are diverse are also more resilient, more creative and more productive. A McKinsey study of financial companies raises the superiority in results of organizations that are in the top quartile of diversity to 35%”, they affirm from the organization. And it is that, apart from being proven beneficial at all levels, this type of policy faithfully reflects the diversity that exists in our society.
The speaker at this workshop will be Enrique Redondo, economist and MBA in Finance from New York University, and former professor at URJC. In addition to being an entrepreneur, Redondo was recognized as a salesperson of the year in 2016, 2018 and 2019 in his business group in Latin America, which gives the webinar an added bonus.
To participate in this event, those interested will have to access through this link the day mentioned above from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Students who participate in the Rey Juan Carlos University will obtain 0 ECTS for the Recognition of Credits.
