ExpoJóven is a project aimed at the new promises of the artistic world of Fuenlabrada. There, young people will be able to make their work known to the rest of the city, and where the City Council will put at their disposal a space-museum and different technical resources to enjoy some of these pieces.

"From the degree in Fundamentals of Architecture at URJC we want to strengthen the links between the student body and the University with the municipality in which it is based and that is why we are working on forging alliances with different local entities", says Fermina Garrido, Doctor Architect from the Rey Juan Carlos University.

For this reason, the University contacted the coordinators of the Espacio Joven "La Plaza" and the ExpoJóven project in the town of Fuenlabrada, which gave rise to this opportunity for the students of the Communication and Representation of Architectural Projects subject to display your designs.

From May 18 to 31, those interested can come to learn more about these projects. The teacher of the subject, Paula Núñez Bravo, proposed this work as a practical exercise for her subject, and asked the students to design a garden of life on the Fuenlabrada Campus

"Analytical and reflective group work inspired by references learned during the course, lay the foundations for the later proposal of the garden of life," says Garrido. Fermina assures that escape, meetings with friends, work, rest, improvement and comfort are the concepts that the students have taken into account when incorporating them into the gardens.

Information on times, dates and location can be found at web page of the Department of Youth and Childhood of the Fuenlabrada City Council.
