The Rey Juan Carlos University offers aid to a total of 180 students who are in an unfavorable economic situation and/or in a situation of family or personal vulnerability. The aid budget amounts to a total of 80 thousand euros. The aid will consist of the economic payment of a maximum of 10 sessions of psychological therapy of 50 minutes at the URJC Clinic Foundation

To be a beneficiary of this aid, students must meet the general, economic or family or personal vulnerability requirements that appear in the call, as well as be enrolled in an official degree in the current 2022/2023 academic year. 

All applicants will have to complete the application and attach the required documentation through the University's Psychological Assistance Platform (www.urjc.es), through the section of Scholarships and grants, within a period of 10 business days, beginning on September 5, 2022 and ending on September 16, 2022, both days included. After the application period, experts from the clinic will carry out the assessments to continue with the psychological treatment. 

An initiative that seeks to cover the mental health problems that are causing a large number of students to drop out of school, negatively affecting their academic performance. 

This call demonstrates the importance of mental health in our society, being one of the priority commitments and objectives of the URJC in favoring and contributing to the promotion of health and emotional well-being of students.
