The FCU-UJRC and Fundación Amás continue to work together on projects related to supporting diversity, social inclusion and improving the health of people with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, both entities have decided to renew their agreement for another year.

In this sense, Diego Gómez-Costa, general director of the FCU-URJC, wanted to thank the Foundation for its willingness to continue collaborating with the Clinic and thus address these problems. "Agreements like this make it possible to create a more just and supportive society," he adds.

Fundación Amás is an entity dedicated to promoting the rights of people with intellectual disabilities in all areas, with the aim of improving their quality of life and that of their environment, offering support and opportunities. It also has a network of centers with which it collaborates, including the UJRC Clinic.

For its part, the Clínica Universitaria offers a global approach to its patients with intellectual disabilities, as well as their families. “We have specialized professionals and the collaboration of different associations”, points out the general director of the FCU-URJC.

For this reason, we appreciate that they continue to reaffirm their commitment to and for people with intellectual disabilities and their families”, concludes Carlos Pérez, president of Fundación Amás.
