A seminar brings the keys to innovation in management

The use of state-of-the-art technological tools and their application in different fields of activity are an ingredient of the jobs of the present and, above all, of the future.

The Rey Juan Carlos University, through the Master in SAP Logistics Project Management, offers students of different grades to learn about several of these tools, in collaboration with the EY consultancy.

Specifically, the seminar will address the so-called innovation based on real facts. It is a type of innovative management that is generated after the application of various tools, on scenarios with real data, at the right time to make appropriate decisions "that make companies stand out", says Professor Carmen de Pablos, director of the Master's Degree in SAP Project Management.

The course consists of 4 practical sessions, beginning on February 16 and ending on March 9. They will be held in the afternoon on the Madrid campus. In it, professionals from the consultancy will provide training in 'Business Intelligence and Data Analytics' tools, among other subjects.

In the sessions, De Pablos points out, they will present “the tools and teach how to apply them in real contexts such as finance, management, environmental sustainability or business taxation. In addition, employment opportunities will be reported. As the methodologies are applied in specific projects, they will see specific projects and delve into their phases”.

On the other hand, from EY, they will inform the students of the possibilities of professional development within the company, requested profiles or types of trajectory that can be carried out.

The training that begins in the middle of the month “is given within the scope of the agreement that we have within the framework of the 'SAP Next Gen' initiative. It is focused on students of different grades to make them aware of the importance of training in the latest generation of technological tools”, points out the URJC professor.
