For the second consecutive year, the URJC launches its business project accelerator, financed by the Madrid City Council.

This project aims to help start up business projects and accelerate innovative ideas. There are two ways to participate: join the incubation program (projects/business ideas not yet brought to market), or the business/startups acceleration program (already established).

This year, the project is constituted as a mixed incubation and acceleration program. As in the previous year, the objective is to promote entrepreneurship among all groups of the university community.

The program is free and the selected projects will be advised and promoted in it with the aim of obtaining results in the short term. In addition, the program allows access to aid in the form of seed capital. The registration period runs from May 18 to June 4, 2023. Registration can be done at https://spinout.es/. On this website you will also find all the information about the program.

Ana Asensio, URJC researcher and member of 'Spinout' and URJC researcher encourages the university community to register their projects, “if they participate with their company or idea, they will receive all the support of entrepreneurship specialists from the Rey Juan University Carlos to carry out his ideas, free of charge”.

The lines of action of the program are: facilitating access to seed capital for the start-up of the company, free training to start the project/idea, help to prepare the business plan, advice on all administrative and legal procedures for the company and support for market introduction.
