Good news for the URJC blended degrees. ANECA has recognized the qualifications of Journalism y Science, Management and Service Engineering with his ENPHI seal.

This means that both degrees receive a certificate that confirms that they have been evaluated following defined standards in accordance with the principles of quality, relevance, transparency, recognition and mobility contemplated in the European Higher Education Area.

According to José Francisco Torregrosa, coordinator of Blended Journalism, “we have received the news with great joy, satisfaction and a feeling of responsibility. It is a prestigious recognition that sets the bar high for us”. And he thanked "students, teachers, and especially Manuel Martínez Nicolás, coordinator of the face-to-face degree at the time, for his work to achieve the seal, who has helped us a lot when preparing the process."

In similar terms, María Valeria De Castro, coordinator of Science, Management and Engineering of Blended Services, expresses herself. that she has indicated that she is satisfied, "because the degree has received a complete seal, without prescriptions (improvement suggestions)".

Adaptability and job opportunities

Both degrees have strengths that allow them to make a difference. On the part of Journalism, “the degree allows you to study at the pace of the students. We have a highly contrasted methodology with the support of the Center for Teaching Innovation and Digital Education (CIED). We adapt to the rhythms of people. Journalism is a degree that, in this modality, allows you to work”, affirms Torregrosa

For their part, from Science, Management and Service Engineering they indicate that the degree "is focused on the service sector, has many job opportunities and has the support of companies." De Castro recalled that in the evaluation to obtain the seal, "the entire educational community of the grade" is examined.

Both degrees experience a leap forward with the granting of the ENPHI seal from ANECA, which will allow them to improve innovation processes and will help future students to know that the knowledge imparted has a certified quality.
