The term for scholarships for academic excellence is open

Today, Thursday July 20, the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid has published the information regarding the grants for excellence, co-financed by Banco Santander and aimed at students who are studying a master's degree at the URJC for the first time.

100 grants will be awarded, each with a financial endowment of €2.000, to students who meet the established requirements. Among them, the need to enroll for at least 60 ECTS credits in any URJC master's degree in this upcoming academic year 2023/24.

Other fundamental requirements to be able to access these aids is to have the nationality of Spain or of any other country of the European Union. Foreign students must prove legal residence in Spain, which excludes those who only have study permits.

To take the call, it is necessary that the average grade of the degree file is equal to or greater than 7,5. In the case of students who have a Double Degree, only the average grade of the qualification that qualifies for the master's degree will be taken into account and, in the event that both are valid, the highest one will be taken into account.

Applications can be made through the Banco Santander scholarship platform until September 27. The aid is co-financed by this bank, the Postgraduate Office of the Vice President and the Social Council of the URJC.
