The official vacation period for teachers and students begins next December 23 and ends on January 8. Next, the ordinary evaluation period will begin on January 22, and will extend until the 23nd of the same month. The first school day of the second semester will begin the following day, January XNUMX.
In order to help students during their exam period, the URJC libraries will adapt their opening hours for this Christmas. From December 18 to January 20, the libraries on the Alcorcón, Móstoles, Aranjuez and Madrid-Vicálvaro campuses will be open thirteen hours uninterrupted, from 9:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m., with the exception of December 25, January 1, Thursday 5 and Friday January 6, which will remain closed.
To avoid the accumulation of students in the libraries, they will have to reserve their reading position or their Group Work Room through the new Id-Trace application, an app that can be downloaded from Google Play or the Apple Store.
From the library they remember that reservations cannot be made more than 48 hours in advance.
The Fuenlabrada Campus Library will be closed from 18/12/2023 to 22/01/2024. In order to cause the least possible harm to the affected students, some substitute study classrooms.
