Newsroom

This initiative, free of charge, constitutes a diverse and enriching proposal aimed at both the university community and the general public.

Within the programming, we find all kinds of activities, and a selection of talents, from Stand up sessions, featuring Silvia Sparks, Jaume Gili and Luis Álvaro, which promise moments of humor and entertainment, to live concerts with artists like PVP , Marina Damer, Selekto and Susana Montaña or Santorino. In addition, there will be DJ sessions with Joan River and Kara DJ.

On April 26 there will be performances throughout the afternoon, until 22:00 p.m.

The main objective of the festival, as expressed by Javier Otero, academic director of Culture at the Rey Juan Carlos University, is "to unite the university community and generate ties with students." The academic director highlights the importance of providing recreational activities that allow students to enjoy the university in a comprehensive way, both academically and culturally.

The festival also seeks to give a meeting point and voice to young artists, both within the university community and in the city of Fuenlabrada.

According to Otero, they have worked in collaboration with the Fuenlabrada City Council to include local artists in the event program, thus promoting the integration of the city in the festival. In the words of the organizer, "This is a unique opportunity to be part of a cultural event that promotes integration and enjoyment within the university community."
