Basic Information
Presentation
Human movement is one of the objects of study of the sciences of physical activity and sports, either in the field of sports performance or in learning and motor control. In these areas it is necessary to know a methodology and tools for the evaluation of the neuromuscular aspects involved in them.
Objectives
Know the foundation and methodology in the use of vertical jumps and the force-velocity profile for the neuromuscular assessment of sports training
Competences
- That the student is able to apply the neuromuscular assessment tools following appropriate procedures and methodology.
- That the student is able to interpret the data obtained with the neuromuscular evaluation tools.
- That the student is able to know and understand the physiological and biomechanical factors that condition the training and development of neuromuscular strength.
- That the student is able to apply a technological control of the athlete's performance during the training process and in competition.
- That the student is able to interpret the data obtained with the neuromuscular assessment tools
