SPECIAL MEASURES AND ADAPTATION REQUESTS 2026

Applications and documentation may be submitted through the procedure established at the URJC electronic headquarters.

Application submission deadline: from December 1, 2025 to January 20, 2026

POSSIBLE ADAPTATION MEASURES

Adaptation measures are divided into three groups depending on special educational needs:

● GROUP 1: Adaptations applied to students with special educational needs associated with disabilities

● GROUP 2: Adaptations applied to students with specific learning difficulties and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders.
New this year, the Organizing Committee for University Entrance Exams in the Community of Madrid has agreed that special measures will NOT be granted for unforeseen cases in Group 2; therefore, only measures that have already been applied during the school year can be requested, and applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

● GROUP 3: Adaptations applied to students who need resources associated with chronic diseases

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS

The processing is carried out exclusively through the procedure established in the electronic office. This procedure will be requested by a natural person (center director, counselor or head of studies), who must provide the mandatory signed documentation indicated below and electronically sign the procedure at the headquarters:

STEP 1: download, complete and sign the mandatory documentation that will be requested later in the electronic procedure (step 2). 

Mandatory documentation

• Annex I: Adaptation request (necessary signed by the director and counselor/Head of studies. This document must be signed by both)
• Annex IV: Express authorization (by the student)

Additional documentation to be presented according to the adaptation group requested

• Disability certificate (in case of requesting group 1 adaptation)
• Technical disability opinion (in case of requesting group 1 adaptation)
• Official medical report (in case of requesting group 3 adaptation)

We recommend having this documentation and the supporting documents according to the adaptation group to be requested BEFORE INITIATING THE APPLICATION AT THE ELECTRONIC OFFICE.

PASO 2: Access to the adaptation request procedure: URJC Headquarters --> Calls for applications --> Application for adaptation by Educational Center for the taking of the PAU 2026 test 

When processing requests for adaptation, centers must take into account that they must submit a request for each student for whom they are requesting adaptation, in consecutive order.

ACADEMIC FEES

Prices for entrance tests to official university degree studies.

For registration in the test: 93,02 euros, plus 11,63 euros for each subject of the specific phase in which the student enrolls.

For registration only in the specific phase of the test: 46,51 euros, plus 11,63 euros for each subject in which the student enrolls

Rest of exemptions: consult el DECREE 43/2022, of June 29

Students enrolled in the following phase may pay the receipt:

• Ordinary: before May 25
• Extraordinary: before June 29

by any of the following ways: 

• On Banco Santander: through Electronic Banking, ATMs or at the counter. 
• En CaixaBank: Through online banking and ATMs. Over-the-counter payments are not accepted.
