El X Victimological Research Award In homage to Professor Antonio Beristain, it is aimed at young people who wish to carry out research in victimological science. The research presented, according to its author, "has as its primary purpose to question the effectiveness of the existing legislation in terms of protecting the rights of victims of terrorism" since we find ourselves in "a reality in which there are many tributes or exaltations of figures related to ETA terrorism under a general passivity on the part of the public authorities". For him "reinforcement, effective protection of the rights of victims of terrorism is necessary to structure a collective memory where coexistence and social cohesion prevail".

Mohamed says that this award has been a great advance for him in his professional career as a jurist, satisfaction for the time spent in obtaining it and recognition of the support that his family has given him during his career. In addition, he highlights that winning this award is a recognition of the institution where he has trained as a legal professional, the URJC.
