Relevant information for the beginning of the 2021-22 academic year at the FCJS

After a well-deserved rest, there are only a few days left to start the new 2021/22 academic year and for this reason we want to inform you of the important dates and other complementary information to be aware of the news.

The 2021-22 academic year will begin this year conditioned by the restrictions indicated by the health authorities to reduce the incidence of Covid-19, but trying to recover the long-awaited "normality" as soon as possible. Given this situation, the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences has already approved in the Faculty Board what the teaching adaptation plan for this course.

 

The start of classes will be on Monday, September 13 for undergraduate students. But first, the new students will have the Welcome Days to receive the welcome and some information of interest. The Conference will be on September 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in online mode through the Teams platform, being able to join through  this link

 

Since July it is already published and you can consult the academic calendarschedules of each degree and the exam dates of the first quarter. 

 

In addition, all FCJS students will be able to stay informed of the news and activities carried out in the Faculty through a weekly bulletin that they will receive on Fridays in their institutional mail. Likewise the web page will be kept up to date and will be able to consult the new arrivals and specific information of interest to students.

 

Another important issue for students is knowing who their representatives are and who they should contact in the event of an incident. The first person you can go to is the group delegates qThey represent the class and are the communication link between students and teachers. For this it is important that each group has a delegate, the deadlines and how to proceed to the election of delegates will be informed. If necessary, it could be addressed to the degree delegates, who are the representatives of each of the degrees and who are in direct contact with the degree coordinators. Lastly, the Faculty delegate represents all the students of the Faculty in the governing bodies of which he is a member. 

 

The student associations They play a fundamental role in the day-to-day development of our Faculty. They try to invigorate university life and to do so they promote student participation, in addition to organizing and collaborating in training, cultural, sports or leisure activities.
